By accessing Reviewsub or making any purchase from the Company, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. By accessing Reviewsub or purchasing any of the Reviewsub Services, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to additional areas of the website or to particular negotiations or content posted on the site, in conjunction with the actual Terms of Service Agreement.
Reviewsub holds the right to make changes to the Agreement at any time. Customers who use the Reviewsub agree to follow any change or modification and are bound to the modified Terms of Service Agreement. The current revision date of the Terms of Service is listed above.
In no event shall Reviewsub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Site, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising from your violation of any third-party's rights.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before using Reviewsub.com ("the Site") operated by Reviewsub ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at Reviewsub.com.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Reviewsub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The terms of this Agreement will begin upon Reviewsub's acceptance of your account registration and will end when terminated by either party. If Reviewsub determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the system, the company (without limiting any other rights or remedies available to it) withdraw your participation and withhold any amount to you. In case of you want to cancel order before start or terminate an order in progress, we offer to transfer the undelivered order value to other services we offer. All payment, fees and charges are non-refundable. However, we may offer refund as complementary when available. There will be no full refund of payment, fees and charges for whatever reason including but not limited to change of mind, invalid link and canceling before or after order started. We may refund with a charge of 10% of the undelivered part of order value or $5 USD (whichever is higher) as refund processing fee. When refund option is available, it is open up to 3 months from the date of order placed. After 3 months, we will only offer transfer of the undelivered part of order value.
We prefer to solve disputes amicably. However if you choose to resolve dispute by leaving to payment gateway (eg. Paypal) decision, you agree that regardless of payment gateway decision, we will NOT continue to deliver service. Warranty, replacement and refund request will also be voided. In addition we will submit all your order information (IP, email, screenshot, etc) to payment gateway & relevant parties to facilitate the dispute process.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.
Paying for fake reviews violates most marketplace's TOS and Reviewsub is AGAINST such practise. Instead, Reviewsub promotes ethical exchange of reviews. This means that when choosing products to review, you should choose the one that you are genuinely interested in using and is most likely to have a positive experience. If you have poor experience, please do not leave a fake review but contact the seller first to feedback and resolve the issue amicably.
Reviewsub only facilitates communication and is NOT responsible for the reviews on any marketplace or any actions resulting from the communication. By using Reviewsub, users and sellers undertakes that he/she has read and take full responsibility to abide by the Terms of Service of respective marketplace.
Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Reviewsub, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Site will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Site will meet your requirements.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
